Sreemoyee Deb of P&A Law Offices has more than 14 years of experience across cartels, abuse of dominance, and merger control, advising clients across diverse sectors. She has contributed significantly to shaping Indian competition law jurisprudence, including on novel issues examined in India for the first time, and has been involved in significant administrative and constitutional law matters arising from the Competition Commission of India’s investigative and adjudicatory practices.
