About Poul Guo

Poul Guo is Head of M&A at Moalem Weitemeyer and advises private equity funds, founders and international strategic buyers on complex mid-market and cross-border transactions. He is particularly well known for leading buy-side mandates for private equity platforms and compounders, as well as high-stakes founder exits. Poul combines technical execution with strong commercial judgement and regularly advises on transaction-driven management incentive structures. In addition, he leads the firm’s China Desk and has extensive experience with cross-border European-Asian transactions.
