About Pauline Celeyron

Pauline Celeyron is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s IP group in Paris, where she handles both contentious and non-contentious matters in all areas of IP, with a particular focus on copyrights and trade marks. Pauline regularly participates in transactional operations and advises companies on the protection, management and exploitation of their IP assets − notably, through drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts. She has also developed in-depth expertise in digital copyright, intermediary liability, and notice and takedown issues and regulations, as well as in trade mark portfolio management and litigation, and in the implementation of anti-counterfeiting programmes.
