Priscilla Bidemi Ben-Okoh is an associate at Streamsowers & Köhn, specialising in competition law, energy and natural resources, and general corporate, commercial services. She provides counsel to a diverse client base on finance and energy transactions, as well as corporate and commercial matters. Priscilla has extensive experience in advising and representing both local and international companies on M&A under Nigerian competition regulations.
