About Rodrigo Gómez Sánchez

Rodrigo Gómez Sánchez is a partner at MVA specialising in tax, corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience advising on complex tax structures, cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate reorganisations. Rodrigo provides strategic guidance to multinational corporations and local businesses in Paraguay, helping them navigate evolving tax regulations and optimise their fiscal strategies. During his time at the Paraguayan tax administration, he advised on the regulation of the country’s current tax system. Rodrigo is also a board member and co-director of the Scientific Committee of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Paraguay.
