About Tebogo Edison Tladi

Tebogo Edison Tladi is a partner and head of the commercial department. He acts and appears in high-value commercial litigation and arbitration, including disputes concerning procurement, banking, contract and administrative-law review, and sits as both counsel and arbitrator in commercial and construction arbitrations. Alongside his disputes practice, he advises boards, sponsors, lenders and government on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, competition and infrastructure and PPP transactions. He is a member of the Law Society of Botswana and the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators.
