Thembani Jeremiah
is a partner and head of the litigation department. He appears before the High Court of Botswana, the Court of Appeal and specialist tribunals, and acts as counsel and arbitrator in commercial and construction arbitrations, with particular strength in disputes governed by FIDIC-form contracts and dispute-adjudication boards. He holds a Certificate in Arbitration in the Construction Industry from the University of Pretoria, obtained in 2018. He is a member of the Law Society of Botswana and the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators.
