About Yuzhou Yang

Yuzhou Yang (Cosmos) is a senior partner at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Shanghai), a Director of the Dacheng China Board, a member of the Management Committee of the Dacheng Shanghai Office, and the Founder and Director of the firm’s Public Opinion Response and Governance Legal Research Centre. He also heads the Intellectual Property & Technology Innovation Committee of Dacheng China, and has more than 20 years’ expertise in the IP legal service sector. Cosmos specialises in IP, corporate reputation management and crisis response, and cybersecurity and data compliance, and has been involved in handling complex negative public opinion incidents and co-ordinated legal responses to online violence.
