Anne Marie Ellis is the office managing partner of Buchalter’s Orange County office and serves as California chairperson of the products liability practice group and chairperson of the Chemical Law and Proposition 65 Industry Group. She represents clients in complex product liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation, as well as regulatory compliance, CPSC Section 15(b) reporting, recalls, and risk management. Nationally recognised by Chambers USA for Product Liability and Mass Torts, Anne Marie has extensive experience guiding manufacturers and importers through investigations, cross border reporting, Proposition 65 compliance, PFAS issues, and high exposure litigation across a wide range of industries.
