Steven Di Saia is the firmwide chair of Buchalter’s products liability practice group and a veteran trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience defending high exposure products liability, mass tort, and catastrophic injury claims. He has deep industry expertise across sectors including heavy earth moving and construction equipment, electrical power generation and distribution, industrial machinery, chemical and coating products, consumer appliances, and medical devices. Steve has secured successful outcomes at trial in multiple states and frequently serves as trial, co-ordinating, and MDL counsel. His hands on investigations and collaboration with engineering teams strengthen his technically grounded, courtroom tested defence strategies.
