About Imane Raouf

Imane Raouf is a partner at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and a member of the finance and projects team. She specialises in debt capital markets, with particular focus on securitisation, corporate bonds, sukuk and structured finance. Imane advises arrangers, originators and investment banks on the full range of DCM transactions, including structures, regulatory approvals, drafting and preparation of transaction documents. Her practice also encompasses banking and finance, capital markets regulation, corporate governance and complex financial services matters. She has worked on numerous landmark securitisation and capital markets transactions in Egypt, acting for both international and domestic clients across diverse industries.
