About Magnus Jonson

Magnus Jonson is a counsel at Magnusson Sweden with over 25 years of experience in dispute resolution, intellectual property law, EU and competition law, regulatory law, and marketing law. Prior to joining Magnusson, he served as deputy director of the legal department at the Swedish Competition Authority, as a legal adviser on competition law matters at the Ministry of Industry, as a judge in various courts, and at leading Swedish law firms. Magnus draws on this combined experience in the judiciary, government, and private practice to advise clients on complex intellectual property disputes, with a particular focus on patent-related matters.
