Kasewe Banda is a senior associate at AMW & Co Legal Practitioners, specialising in arbitration, construction law and commercial mediation. He has provided legal support on multi-million-dollar construction projects and represented clients in domestic and international arbitration disputes. Trained by SOAS University of London in arbitration advocacy and accredited as a commercial mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb, UK and Zambia Branches), Kasewe holds a Regional Construction Law certificate from the SADC Lawyers’ Association in conjunction with Pinsent Masons.
