Maria-Clara Van den Bossche is a counsel in Freshfields’ dispute resolution group, based in Brussels. She advises and represents Belgian and international corporates, private equity firms, and financial institutions in complex domestic and cross-border disputes. Her practice spans commercial and corporate litigation, regulatory and enforcement matters, collective redress, mass claims, international arbitration, and digital economy disputes. Maria-Clara is a member of the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar (where she is also a member of the board) and a member of CEPANI 40.
