José Meythaler founded Meythaler & Zambrano in 1988 and currently leads its litigation, dispute resolution and IP practices. Over more than 35 years, he has argued landmark cases in pharmaceutical patents, unfair competition, and market access on behalf of clients such as Chevron, Shell, Syngenta, Novartis, Pfizer, Merck, Bayer, Sanofi, Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson.
