About Cong Gao

Cong Gao is a specialist arbitration practitioner at Gherson Solicitors LLP, managing the day-to-day conduct of international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations. Dual-qualified in England and Wales and Mainland China, she handles all phases of arbitral proceedings, from procedural strategy and pleadings to hearing preparation and award enforcement. Cong sits as an arbitrator at leading Mainland Chinese arbitration institutions, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
