About Elizaveta Rachkova

Elizaveta Rachkova is a solicitor with the dispute resolution practice at the London office of Gherson Solicitors LLP. Her practice focuses on international commercial and investor-state arbitration and various matters of public international law, including sanctions-related cases. She regularly publishes articles on various arbitration topics. She has represented clients before tribunals under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, including the HKIAC, ICC and LCIA. Elizaveta has an LLM in International Dispute Settlement from University of Geneva and the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID). She is admitted to the Bar in Russia and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
