She has been involved in drafting, vetting and advising on insurance contract wordings for more than 1,400 life, general and health policies. In addition, she advises overseas reinsurers, foreign investors and Indian financial companies on a range of corporate issues related to structuring and investments in the insurance space and financial space. Celia has also been involved in assisting reinsurers in setting up branch offices in India and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
