With extensive experience as in-house counsel for several leading Chinese tech companies, including Xiaomi, TikTok and Temu, she has developed deep expertise in high-profile, complex matters at the intersection of technology and regulation. Her practice includes merger control, antitrust investigations and data compliance audits. Ms Huang has also advised on the drafting of supplementary laws and industry standards relating to PRC technology regulatory framework, providing clients with strategic and integrated legal solutions in antitrust and data compliance.
