Hoby Rakotoniary is a partner in the corporate and commercial practice at John W Ffooks & Co, with over 13 years’ experience of international cross-border deals. Hoby also advises on a range of corporate and banking transactions across French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa, including restructurings, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as senior and mezzanine debt financing. Hoby has managed and closed several DFI-financed transactions in recent years and is fluent in Malagasy, French and English.
