About Patricia Rasch
Patricia Rasch
is actively engaged in the Danish venture capital ecosystem, advising both founders and investors across early-stage and growth-stage investments. She plays a key role in Moalem Weitemeyer’s work with start-ups and venture funds alongside Jakob Skafte-Pedersen and Poul Guo, and regularly advises on capital raisings, convertible instruments, incentive structures (ESOPs), shareholder matters, and exits. Patricia also supports early-stage founders pro bono through the Innofounder programme (supported by Innovationsfonden) and the Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship. She combines legal expertise with a strong commercial understanding in her work with both Danish and international clients.
