About Anand S. Pathak

Anand S. Pathak leads the competition team at P&A Law Offices and has more than 35 years of legal experience across India, Europe and the USA. Anand’s distinguished academic credentials include degrees in law from the University of Cambridge and Yale Law School. His contributions have received prestigious recognition, including honours from the Law Minister of Singapore and the Chief Justice of India. Anand has been involved at the highest levels of competition policy-making, contributing to the development of competition policy in India and internationally. He has also worked in the ECJ in Luxembourg and the competition division of the EC’s legal service in Brussels.
