About Bárbara Marinho e Pinto

Bárbara Marinho e Pinto has been a partner at Rogério Alves & Associados (RA) since 2020. She founded the firm and co-ordinates the criminal law department. Bárbara specialises in fraud and white-collar crime. She began her career as a trainee with Xavier Andreu Rami, in Barcelona in 2004. Before joining RA, she acted for PMBGR and ABBC & Associados in the practice area of litigation and arbitration. She has been working with Rogério Alves since 2008, acquiring experience and knowledge in criminal and civil litigation. Bárbara is now acting in the area of litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on criminal litigation and high-profile legal cases.
