Tingxin Yu is a qualified lawyer admitted in China, practicing at Beijing Kangda (Guangzhou) Law Firm. She graduated from Durham University with a Master of Laws and is proficient in both Chinese and English. Specialising in maritime and insurance disputes, she has handled a variety of cases involving vessel collision disputes, disputes arising from contracts for the carriage of goods by sea, and insurer subrogation claims.
