is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Law Department, in which he is involved in company registration, business structuring and banking and finance. He believes corporate and commercial law is essential for the creation of sustainable institutions in the country and in the world at large. Fidelis graduated with an LLB degree (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg; he went on to study for a Masters degree in corporate and commercial law at the same institution, majoring in company law, banking and finance and advanced contract law.
