About Emma Kimario

Emma Kimario is a senior corporate and commercial associate at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers with a wide range of experience in handling matters of mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, and mining, banking and finance. She has advised on several corporate legal issues including business formation and registration, as well as corporate governance. She has broad experience in employment and labour matters as well as dispute resolution and litigation. Emma holds a Master of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree both from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society.
