About Thomas Sipemba

Thomas Sipemba is a partner at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, leading the Energy and Natural Resources unit. He is one of Tanzania’s leading mining lawyers with extensive experience in high-value mining, oil, gas, energy and environmental projects, as well as corporate and commercial matters. Previously, he served as in-house counsel for a major mining company. Thomas holds an LLM and LLB (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a member of the Tanganyika, East Africa and Zanzibar Law Societies. He is a Certified Board Director accredited by the Institute of Directors in Tanzania.
