About Patrick Humphreys

Patrick Humphreys is a founding partner of Garnham Abogados and leads the tax advisory practice. He advises on corporate taxation, business reorganisations and cross-border structuring, with particular experience in double taxation treaties and the Multilateral Instrument, as well as private wealth planning and VAT, including the taxation of digital platforms. Patrick is the academic director of the Master’s degree in Tax Management and Administration at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and teaches double taxation treaties at the University of Lima. He also serves as director of the Scientific Committee of IFA Chile and is a regular speaker at leading international tax conferences in the region.
