About Ashreyna Kaur Bhatia

Ashreyna Kaur Bhatia is an associate in LHAG’s employment & industrial relations practice group. She works with Amardeep Singh Toor and specialises in all aspects of employment and industrial relations. She regularly appears in the industrial courts, and is also presently representing various multinational institutions in the sessions courts and high courts. Ashreyna also provides advisory services on, among others, retrenchment and reorganisation exercises, employment tax liability, voluntary and mutual separation schemes, disciplinary proceedings, determination of worker status and the implications thereof, as well as the development and/or review of key employment documentation. She is also well-versed in immigration law and policies, as well as the management of foreign workers and expatriates.
