Joseph Merhai
is a partner at Aegis and head of the tax department. He specialises in corporate tax law, international tax planning, M&A, and strategy and transfer pricing. He represents individuals and companies in tax law and tax criminal law matters. Joseph has extensive experience in banking tax law and the taxation of investment structures (collective investment schemes and wealth structures) and commodity trading companies.
