About Yitzhak Yaari

Yitzhak Yaari heads the civil department at Chen, Yaari, Vaki & Co. He has an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has practised in the field of complex civil-commercial litigation of all types for more than 30 years. Yitzhak is the Israeli member of ICC FraudNet, a worldwide network of leading lawyers specialising in fraud, international asset tracing and recovery. Together with Doron Tamir, he co-authored Bills Case Law (Nevo Publishing House), three editions of which have been published, and which is included in the leading legal database in Israel.
