About Ali Pirmoradi

Ali Pirmoradi holds a PhD in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Tehran and serves as a senior member of the legal team at Hatami & Associates. He has played a key role in nearly all major projects handled by the firm, contributing significantly to the drafting and negotiation of complex legal instruments. Dr Pirmoradi’s expertise spans the preparation and review of a wide range of commercial contracts, including joint venture agreements, licensing and franchise contracts, distribution agreements, operation and management contracts, consortium agreements, EPC contracts, and other construction-related frameworks. He has also provided legal opinions on a number of high-value transactions, including the Iranian Petroleum Contract (IPC) and other sector-specific agreements.
