About Zahra Sara Darvish

Zahra Sara Darvish is an attorney licensed by the Iranian Central Bar Association (Tehran Bar) and has been in practice since 2010. She holds a PhD in Oil and Gas Law from Shahid Beheshti University and has been co-operating with Hatami & Associates since 2014. She has been actively involved in negotiation and drafting of numerous national and international agreements in fields of trade and investment, such as sales, distribution, agency, licensing, joint ventures and share purchases. Notably, Dr Darvish has extensive experience in oil and gas contracts, Iranian tender regulations, power plant and construction projects (including FIDIC), competition law and claim management.
