Mehmet Karlı is a partner at Kabine Law Office, qualified in Türkiye and England & Wales. His practice focuses on disputes and complex international transactions across sectors including construction, energy, telecommunications, banking and finance. He represents and advises sovereigns, multinational corporations and high net worth individuals in proceedings before local courts, ICSID, ICC, ISTAC, UNCITRAL, SCIA and LCIA arbitral tribunals, as well as the ECHR. Dr Karlı is a member of the ICC Court for a three-year term effective from 1 July 2024 and an ex officio member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
