Azmul Haque is the managing director and founder of Collyer Law LLC. A tri-qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore, England and Wales, and India, he advises multinational corporations, growth-stage companies, investors and founders on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, technology-related commercial arrangements, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. His practice focuses on technology, fintech, digital assets, e-commerce and other emerging sectors. Prior to founding the firm, Azmul practised with Olswang, Berwin Leighton Paisner, WongPartnership and Shook Lin & Bok.
