is the managing partner at YAZICIOGLU Legal, and has significant experience in advising national and international clients on several aspects of data protection, cybersecurity and e-commerce law. He has represented several major clients in data breaches and investigations before the Turkish Data Protection Authority. Bora is one of the founding members and the current president of the Data Protection Association of Türkiye, and he acts as the data controller representative for Zoom, Acer, Cerus and Ookla in Türkiye.
