Hailey Hye-In Jin is a senior attorney qualified in South Korea who is a core member of the corporate, finance and real estate teams at Dentons Lee. She has extensive experience and expertise in a broad spectrum of legal matters including general corporate and M&A, alternative investments, private equity, real estate, capital markets, disputes, financial regulation including insurance matters, as well as commercial disputes with cases in the South Korean courts and international arbitration institutions.
