About Christian Richter-Schöller

Christian Richter-Schöller is a partner at Schiefer Rechtsanwälte and heads the firm’s transformation law practice. His work sits at the intersection of defence procurement, EU regulatory law and ESG. He advises ministries, contracting entities and the defence industry on major equipment programmes, government-to-government arrangements, industrial co-operation and offset structures, security of supply, export control, sanctions compliance and investment screening. He has developed life-cycle-costing and procurement-governance frameworks applied in major defence programmes. He publishes regularly on defence procurement, defence financing and EU regulatory law, including in the Manz journal NIU where he also is an editor. He is a frequent conference speaker and a member of Transparency International Austria.
