Chun Kiat trained in both finance and law at Wharton (finance major, MBA) and SMU (LLB), and has over a decade of experience executing complex real estate private equity transactions and cross-border M&As, with transactions totalling over SGD20 billion across APAC. His practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP focuses on advising real estate PE funds in fundraising, platform deals, joint ventures, securitisations, takeovers, acquisitions and disposals, and has acted across the full-transaction life cycle for institutional investors, PE sponsors/managers, REITs, listed companies and family offices, across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes, including industrial, data centres, logistics, storage, life sciences, build-to-rent, hospitality, retail, offices, student accommodation, co-living and residential.
