About Marcus Tay

Marcus Tay advises his clients at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP on real estate acquisitions and divestments involving office, retail and industrial buildings, including transactions structured at both the direct-asset level and through share acquisitions of asset-holding entities. He has an active practice in data centre matters, with particular experience advising on bespoke co-location arrangements for hyperscalers. Marcus also advises on complex leasing structures, including build-to-suit projects and long-term leaseback arrangements. His clients include REITs and property funds, financial institutions, family offices, multinational occupiers and data centre hyperscalers.
