About Norman Ho

Norman Ho has 44 years of experience in corporate real estate and advises on a broad range of property transactions, including investment sales and purchases (by share or asset), collective sales and project developments. In his practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, he regularly acts for developers, investment funds, statutory boards, consultants, investors, family offices, financial institutions and REITs on the acquisition, development and financing of major shopping and office projects in Singapore. Consistently highly regarded, Norman advised the Singapore Parliament on the Land Titles (Strata) Act and en bloc reforms, and has served as Honorary Legal Advisor to REDAS since 2023 and as a board member of the APREA Singapore Chapter.
