About Joseph Nasrallah

Joseph Nasrallah is a founding partner of HNS Legal, and was previously the head of the legal departments for two major multinational companies. He brings over 17 years of experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, advising clients on complex corporate, financial and trade activities in the MEA region. He specialises in corporate, commercial, M&A, and banking and finance law, with a focus on local and foreign investment frameworks and private equity transactions in Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, Egypt, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, India, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and other African countries. Joseph is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
