About Jad Skaff

Jad Skaff is a founding partner of HNS Legal, with extensive experience in corporate, finance and cross-border M&A transactions in the Middle East and Africa, in FMCG, real estate, renewable energy, banking, entertainment and media. Before establishing HNS Legal, Jad practised at leading Lebanese law firms, where he handled numerous M&A, banking and finance matters and complex corporate transactions across the region and globally. His clients include global and regional companies, family offices and HNWI, and entrepreneurs, whom he regularly advises on day-to-day legal and corporate matters, including corporate governance. Jad is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
