Karina Lengler is the founding and managing partner of Lengler Law, with 30 years of experience in M&A and corporate law in general. She is licensed in Brazil and in New York, where she worked for Shearman & Sterling and Bryan Cave for over ten years. With a successful track record, along with a diverse background, superb negotiation skills and a practical, pro-business approach to law, she has advised banks and Fortune 500 companies in prominent deals throughout her career. Karina holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – CEAG/FGV in Brazil and an LLM from Columbia University School of Law.
