About Marcos Kleine

Marcos Kleine has more than 19 years of experience in M&A, with extensive experience in corporate law, including corporate litigation and commercial contracts, as well as trade mark litigation and intellectual property. Marcos is also deeply knowledgeable in compliance regarding publicly held companies, having advised controllers, IR, boards of directors and officers, and relationships of private companies with governmental bodies. Throughout his career, he has participated in several major deals and highly complex corporate operations. Marcos holds a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law by FGV in Brazil and an LLM from the University of Vienna, Austria.
