About Michael Mead

Michael Mead is a partner in Kingston Reid’s Sydney office with more than 25 years’ experience advising employers on employment and industrial relations matters. He is particularly recognised for his expertise in industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining, workplace litigation and the strategic management of complex workforce issues. Michael regularly advises major employers on bargaining strategy, award interpretation, workplace investigations, discrimination, bullying and general protections matters. He is known for his practical, measured and commercially focused advice, and for helping clients navigate issues with significant operational and industry-wide implications. Michael works closely with organisations across the aviation, retail, manufacturing, infrastructure and services sectors.
