About Priya Ratti

Priya Ratti is a senior corporate and securities lawyer with nearly a decade of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, including in her own legal practice, advising clients on a broad range of civil litigation and corporate law matters. Since 2017, in her practice at SkyLaw she brings a high degree of organisation and efficiency, clarity and precision to complex transactional matters, producing work of the highest quality and maintaining clear, thoughtful communication with clients. Priya leads SkyCounsel, SkyLaw’s innovative practice support platform for independent legal professionals. While at the University of Ottawa, Priya co-founded Canada’s first national, bilingual, student-run business law clinic, providing pro bono legal services to entrepreneurs and start-ups.
