About Priya Ratti

Priya Ratti is a corporate and securities lawyer with a focus on M&A transactions. Prior to joining SkyLaw, she ran her own practice, representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation and corporate matters. Priya completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa, where she worked with a select team to establish Canada’s first national, bilingual and student-run business law clinic providing pro bono legal services to local entrepreneurs and start-ups. Priya currently manages SkyCounsel, SkyLaw’s practice support platform for independent legal professionals, and is an active contributor to the firm’s Our Insights blog.
