About Elena Moreno

Elena Moreno is an attorney at the Paris Bar. She completed a double degree in Franco-English law, obtaining an LLB in English Law and a Maîtrise in International and European Law. She also holds a Master II in International Law and Organizations from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. After her various experiences in international criminal law and human rights (Council of Europe, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the European Parliament), Elena worked on European sanctions litigation as an associate at Acquis EU Law & Policy. Elena joined WJ Avocats in 2024, and mostly covers INTERPOL, extradition and European sanctions cases.
