About Mohamed Bouzenada

Mohamed Bouzenada is a founding partner at Soulier Bunch and heads the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice. He advises investors, creditors and companies on the acquisition and restructuring of distressed businesses, including those operating in fintech, digital assets and blockchain sectors, in both pre-insolvency and insolvency contexts. Mohamed has solid experience in complex turnaround situations, financial restructurings and distressed transactions. He regularly handles cross-border matters and co-ordinates multidisciplinary teams in strategic and sensitive situations, notably in relation to technology-driven and Web3 businesses. Mohamed is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
