About Tiffany Guo

Tiffany Guo was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022 and practices exclusively in family law at MacDonald & Partners, where she focuses on complex international child abduction matters. Tiffany is developing expertise in both Hague Convention and non-Hague applications and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario. Most recently, Tiffany acted as second chair before the Supreme Court of Canada in Dunmore v Mehralian, a landmark case defining habitual residence in non-Hague abduction matters. She is also a prolific legal writer, having co-authored multiple articles and papers on family law, with an emphasis on international custody and cross-border legal issues.
